This is a quick guide which explains how the trial to full order and migration process works for Exclaimer. Please read the steps carefully and contact support@infinigate.cloud if you have any issues. Please see the 'How to order exclaimer' guide if your order is NOT a migration or a trial to full order.
You will need three details to hand
The email address you would like to be the 'owner' of the subscription -
The Exclaimer subscription ID - available on the dashboard - usually in format XXXXX-XXX
The customer has a CORE account. Please see this guide if you are unsure how to create one for them: https://kb.infinigate.cloud/en-us/knowledgebase/article/KA-01036
The steps are as follows:
Make sure you are logged in as yourself (the partner)
Navigate to marketplace - and search Exclaimer.
Add the required licenses to cart - see the notes below for what can and cannot be migrated.
When ordering a full subscription, you can downgrade from the Pro trial to starter or standard. Keep note of the difference in features and functionality you may lose if you decide to do this.
Exclaimer Signature Management Cloud and Exclaimer Signature Marketing Cloud can be migrated into Starter, Standard or Pro. Keep note of the difference in features and functionality if you migrate to a new plan.
Subscriptions cannot be migrated if they are bound in an agreement direct with Exclaimer and in their first 6 months - the order is likely to be rejected.
Legacy subscriptions can be migrated to new subscriptions, but they cannot be migrated backwards.
Legacy subscriptions do not have to be migrated if you wish to keep the service as it is.
Press purchase, and select the customer you would like to purchase it for.
Check the reseller options are showing as 'ready' then press next. If you have not sold exclaimer with Infinigate before. Please select 'NEW' and it will generate you a reseller ID. If you already have a reseller ID, this should complete automatically. Please ensure you select ‘NEW’ if you are unsure here.
You will then get to this screen. Enter the following for the options:
Subscription request type: CHANGE OF CHANNEL
Admin email address: The email you would like to be the 'owner' of the subscription.
Where did you hear about us?: This must be filled in
Once these are done, press next.It will then ask for the subscription ID you would like to migrate, please paste this in the box that shows up asking for it.
Once this is done - you'll be brought to a confirmation screen. Please press confirm if you're happy with the order! These orders are normally processed in 2-3 days but the SLA for them is 5 working days. If an order takes longer then 5 days, please contact support@infinigate.cloud for assistance.
Please note - if the admin email address has been changed, please note that you may have to launch the subscription and accept the Exclaimer Terms & Conditions once the order has completed. If you login and see that the subscription says ‘Attention’ as below:
This will have to be done before the subscription is activated.
