You are receiving these as you are listed as the contact for the customer tenant. It is warning you that the GDAP relationships Microsoft set up when they released GDAP (Granular Delegated Admin Permissions) are about to expire. You will receive notifications 31, 7 and 1 day before expiry.
We are monitoring this on our end and periodically going through and auto-extending GDAP relationships by 6 Months when they reach the 7-day mark. Auto-extending does not take effect until the relationship is due to expire meaning you may still receive further notifications.
Note: If the relationship with the customer expires this will not affect any of their existing licenses. Any existing licenses and new purchases for Microsoft 365 Services will be unaffected. GDAP is only required for Azure purchases, so we can assist you with customer support tickets and escalating to Microsoft. If it has expired, upon the first support ticket requesting assistance we can re-establish these permissions and assist you.
If you also have GDAP setup with a customer you may also start to see notifications with the title: “Your Granular admin relationship with Your Company Name expires soon”
