Please contact the support team and your account manager to make us aware of the transfer request and to confirm the correct Microsoft ID for Infinigate Cloud.
The transfer request will then be reviewed by our SLT. If it is approved, the transfer request will be accepted on the 1st (or closest working day) of the following month. This is due to billing reasons.
Useful info
- A transfer request is valid for 30 days.
- Azure reservations can be transferred alongside Azure subscriptions.
- The new provider will need to have ordered a blank Azure subscription for the customer, prior to the transfer request being accepted.
- We have seen issues accepting transfers when the customer has active Azure Marketplace items. They may need to be disabled by the customer before the transfer is accepted.
