Note: Provisioning Azure subscriptions now requires Infinigate Cloud to have GDAP permissions to the customer's tenant. If GDAP is not in place at the time of the order you may see the order get stuck. If you are unsure if we have GDAP permissions please contact us and we can check/establish the permissions if they do not. If the order has already been placed and has taken over an hour please contact support on support@infinigate.cloud giving the customer name and the order and we can check this for you and advise if any action is required.
1. Log in to CORE.
2. Select Marketplace from the navigation bar, search for Azure and add Azure Plan V2 to the cart.
3. For a new tenant, select Register a new Microsoft Azure subscription with a new Microsoft Domain. Specify a .onmicrosoft domain. This will be used to set up the new O365 Tenant and the default admin which will have access to the Azure subscription. The Microsoft domain cannot contain a hyphen or spaces.
4. If this is your first purchase for NCE Azure, you will be required to enter your reseller MPN ID (Microsoft Partner Number) and partner tenant domain. Go to the CORE at your reseller level and select the reseller authorisation tab. Select the requires attention button and enter the required info.
For security reasons, we strongly recommend any admins that have access to the Azure subscription are enrolled in MFA and follow the recommendations laid out in the article below.
