1. Log in as the customer and go to Account, followed by Subscriptions, then click on the relevant subscription that you wish to cancel.
2. From here, Click the cancel subscription button at the top
3. A confirmation box will appear on the next screen requesting a reason and comment.
Once you have selected the reason please click confirm and it will then place the cancellation order. If you get any problems at all please contact support on 0345 249 3303 or email us on support@infinigate.cloud.
NCE Terms
An NCE subscription can only be cancelled within 7 days of the date it was purchased or within 7 days of the renewal date.
