This is a quick guide to help people order Exclaimer quickly and without any issues.
- Make sure you are logged in as yourself (the partner)
- Navigate to Marketplace and search 'Exclaimer'
- Add the required licenses to cart. Please choose Starter, Standard or Pro unless you require a legacy subscription.
- Select purchase at the top if it isn't selected.
- Select the customer you are ordering Exclaimer for
- Check the reseller options are showing as 'ready' then press next. If you have not sold exclaimer before. Please select 'NEW' and it will generate you a reseller ID. If you already have a reseller ID, please select 'Existing' and provide it.
- You will then get to this screen. I will explain how to use this below.
NEW - Register a new subscription.
CHANGE OF CHANNEL - Can be used to change legacy plans into new plans, or bring subscriptions over from another reseller. Please contact support if you need assistance with this.
IMPORT - Use this if your subscription is not visible in CORE, and it previously was.
TRANSFER - Use this if you are given a transfer token to 'claim' the subscription. - The Admin email address will be the email account that owns the subscription. If you want to manage the subscription for your customer, provide your email address or a company email address (such as support@) else if the customer will manage it themselves, provide a relevant customer email address.
- Once this is done, you will be sent a final page to confirm the order. Check all the details and click Buy if it's all correct. You've just bought Exclaimer! If the order runs into any issues, please do not hesitate to contact the support team and we will be happy to assist you.
