Note: Scheduled orders must be placed 2 or more days before the Microsoft renewal date otherwise they will not process correctly. This is because Infinigate renews subscriptions 1 day before the Microsoft renewal date to avoid issues. If the core subscription has renewed and then you try and schedule the order it will then try to schedule it for the next renewal and fail as its too far in advance.
1. Login to CORE at the partner level go to the Customers tab and then Subscriptions.
2. Find the relevant subscription from the list (use the search and filters if needed) and click Change.
3. From here, click the pencil icon and select On subscription auto-renewal day and then Apply.
If “Immediately after confirmation” is chosen, the order will process and charge immediately. If “On subscription auto-renewal day” is chosen, the order will go into an “Activation Scheduled” status and will not charge or process until the relevant renewal/expiration date.
4. The message will update towards the top of the screen, you can now place the required order as usual (update license count) by clicking Next > Next > Confirm. The order will then complete on the renewal date.
